The Main Goal of the establishment of the Information Technology College at An-Najah National University is to meet the needs of the Palestinian People in the various disciplines of Information Technology. More specifically, our Goals are:
- To provide the local and global market with IT skilled graduates in Computer Science, in Computer Information Technology and in the Management of Information Systems.
- To help build a strong Palestinian Economy based on Information Technology.
- To contribute in the development of human knowledge in the different fields of Information Technology.
- To integrate Information Technology into Local Organisations and to contribute in solving economic, managerial, administrative and financial problems.
- To establish close relations with the Palestinian Society, particularly with regard to advanced IT courses and in the training of personnel in the Palestinian Businesses.
- To encourage Scientific Research in the field of Information Technology and apply Scientific Studies to benefit the Palestinian people.
- To provide IT Professionals who are necessary for the Software Industry in Palestine.
